Dr. Miriam holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership (DSL) from Regent University and specializes in training individuals and organizations to recognize and pursue their greatest potential through strategic and transformational personal leadership training and development strategies.
Miriam possesses a unique skill set and background from various positions and experiences with over seven years of work in entrepreneurship, leadership, mentoring, and training and development.
Dr. Miriam is an Organizational Leadership Development Consultant and Strategic Leadership Coach with over seven years of experience in leadership development, business management, entrepreneurship, mentoring, coaching, and training and development. Inspired by the passion in Ephesians 4:1, Miriam desires to teach Kingdom-minded leaders and organizations how to choose purpose over position daily to live and operate as they are called in life, ministry, and business.

Miriam is a gifted trainer with experience in andragogy and pedagogy training and development styles in multiple areas including technology, human resource development, personal and professional development, organizational culture development, and athleticism.
Miriam's favorite and most recent project was developing, testing, and launching a hybrid strategic leadership training and development program called Leadership: For Such a Time as This© designed for new and seasoned leaders and organizational culture development. This program launched in the spring of 2024 and is now available for booking with Miriam!
